Inventory Activity Access
Our program, CityServiceNet® allows you to access your account in different ways through your computer or office network.
E-Track Service: With this service, you can use the Internet to log on to your account on the road or in the office. At your convenience, you can check inventory levels, activity, delivery orders, warehouse receipts and more.
EDI Service: You can direct link your computer system to ours via electronic Data Interchange (EDI). This service eliminates duplicate data entry functions by automatically updating your inventory records regarding shipment and receipts. CityIce has the ability to process Advanced Ship Notification (ASN) and other EDI transaction sets. This provides your firm with optimal control of your inventory from the convenience of your computer or office network. CityIce meets all EDI industry standards and has the capability to meet your firm's custom modifications to EDI standards.
Transaction Confirmation
You can automatically receive an email or fax confirming activity in your account. CityIce will transmit shipping and receiving confirmations to multiple email accounts and/or fax numbers. This system is fully automated and occurs as we update your transaction in our warehouse management system.
